Cookie Policy
Last updated 21 July 2026
The cookies and similar technologies this site uses, and how to control them.
About cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. KillStock uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to operate this site, remember your preferences, and — only with your consent — understand how the site is used.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary — required for the site and product to function, including session, security, load balancing, and remembering your cookie choice. These are always on and cannot be switched off.
Functional — remember preferences such as theme or language to improve your experience.
Analytics — help us understand usage and improve the site. Analytics cookies are set only after you grant consent. Before you choose, analytics run cookieless: measurement happens, but nothing is stored on or read from your device and you are not recognised between visits, so no cookie is involved. Both tiers respect your browser's Do-Not-Track signal.
Analytics provider
We use PostHog to measure aggregate usage. It processes data on infrastructure in the United States under standard contractual clauses; before you consent it receives no persistent identifier from you and we discard your IP address. We do not use cookies to sell your data or for cross-site advertising, and we do not record your screen.
Managing your choices
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting or blocking them. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
